Special items from the 2026 World Cup will go on online auction with the aim of raising around 80 million euros for the FIFA Global Citizenship Education Fund.
The auction will take place from July 22 to 29 and is organized by Christie’s in partnership with Global Citizen. All proceeds will go to the FIFA Global Citizenship Education Fund, which supports educational and sports programs in underprivileged communities in around 200 countries around the world.

Among the most attractive items on offer are autographed jerseys from Lionel Messi, Santiago Gimenez and the United States national team. Also part of the auction will be the ball from the 2026 World Cup final, as well as the balls used in the opening matches of the tournament in the host countries.
Two iconic outfits from Colombian singer Shakira will also be auctioned. One is the costume used in the music video for the song “Dai Dai”, the official anthem of the tournament, while the other is the outfit the artist will wear during her performance at the halftime ceremony of the World Cup final.
The collection also includes a ball signed by Shakira, Brazilian legend Kaká and FIFA president Gianni Infantino, making the auction one of the most unique charity initiatives linked to the 2026 World Cup.
