March toward the Prime Minister’s Office begins, the 28th protest against Edi Rama’s government accompanied by calls for resignation and revolution

The march toward the Prime Minister’s Office has begun as part of the 28th protest against Edi Rama’s government, described as another major nationwide gathering that also includes Albanians from the diaspora.

The participation of Italian MEP Ilaria Salis has also been announced at today’s protest, while a considerable presence of international media has also been noted.

According to the planned scenario, speeches are first delivered from the podium and then the protesters march through the streets of the capital.

One of the participants in the protest, Arben Kola, declared that betrayal of the homeland is punishable by death everywhere, while in Albania, according to him, it should be punished with life imprisonment.

Meanwhile, chants continue from the crowd: “Edi Rama, oh traitor, do not bargain with Albania”! “Albania demands revolution”! “Rama in prison, Berisha in prison”! “Resign”!
