LSDM raises questions over EVN’s €13.2 million contract and links to Mickoski’s energy network

LSDM has accused the government over a new contract for the supply of electricity meters, worth around €13.2 million, signed on August 11, 2026, between EVN Macedonia and the Serbian company Meter&Control.

Keti Shterjova, speaking on behalf of the party, said the agreement raises further questions about business networks in the energy sector and their potential links to government officials.

According to Shterjova, the government has provided no explanation regarding Dushan Adamović, the Serbian party official and honorary consul appointed by Mickoski, while offshore structures in Cyprus, she said, lead to Vojin Lazarević’s Rudnap Group. She said this network is directly linked to the government through Minister Sanja Bozhinovska.

LSDM announced that the new business deal is worth €13.2 million and that the Serbian company METER&CONTROL was selected to carry out EVN Macedonia’s contract for the supply of electricity meters.

The agreement was concluded on August 11, 2026, and has a published value of around €13.2 million. According to LSDM, METER&CONTROL has established links to the Rudnap Group, which was founded in 2008 and appears in the company’s ownership history.

The opposition party identified Sanja Bozhinovska, Mickoski’s energy minister, as the main link to Rudnap.

LSDM noted that Bozhinovska served as executive director of Rudnap Group companies in Central and Eastern Europe from 2011 to 2014. She is also linked to Rudnap DOOEL Skopje, where she served as manager.

According to LSDM, Rudnap represents a link both to the Serbian Progressive Party in Serbia and to OBRM-PDUKM in Macedonia, serving as a key part of Mickoski’s energy business network. The party claims this is why a new ministry was created and Bozhinovska was appointed by Mickoski to head the Ministry of Energy.
