Leonora Jakupi Remembers Her Fallen Father: “How Much I Miss You, Our Pride”

Renowned singer Leonora Jakupi moved her followers with several emotional posts on social media in memory of her father, martyr Qazim Jakupi, on the 28th anniversary of his death.

The artist first shared an old family photograph, accompanying it with the words: “How much I miss you, my angel father.”

In another post, Leonora shared a photograph of her father in uniform, alongside which she wrote: “The days and years pass, and you continue to remain vivid in my memories.”

“Your hand still caresses my hair from above! You, my hero, may the soil of Kosovo rest lightly upon you,” she added.

The artist from Drenica also posted a photograph of her father’s grave, adorned with white flowers, writing: “Today marks 28 years without you, Dad, you are our boast and our pride.”

Jakupi has never hidden her pride in her father, the martyr, remembering him every year with touching messages.

Once again, her words moved her followers, who expressed their support and respect for his memory.
