Lamallari releases footage from Police Station No. 3 after the attack and describes the incident as a consequence of disinformation

Interior Minister Besfort Lamallari has reacted after an attack that took place around midnight by several masked protesters at Police Station No. 3.

Together with a video showing what remained inside the station after the act of vandalism, Lamallari describes the incident as a concrete case of violence incited by disinformation from the previous day, related to various statements about violence against one of those arrested.

“A concrete example of the cycle of violence that begins with the hatred stirred by an irresponsible statement in the morning ‘about evidence of violence and blood,’ but which was changed by midday, had ‘gasoline’ poured on it in the afternoon by moralists, know-it-all critics and delusional revolutionaries as food for a network full of newly opened profiles and amplified by offices elsewhere, helped by the algorithm and finally accompanied by a poisoned dish of atavistic symbolism from a culture that has no place in European Albania. We are closer than ever to fulfilling the national aspiration #Albania2030 and nothing will stop us,” Minister Lamallari wrote.
