Kosovar company Frutex takes ownership of the historic “Nestor Hotel” complex in Ludwigsburg, Germany

The Kosovar company Frutex has announced that it is now the owner of the historic “Nestor Hotel” complex in the German city of Ludwigsburg, marking another international achievement.

The iconic building, constructed in 1874, is one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. It spans a built area of 13,500 square meters on a plot totaling 1.35 hectares. The complex features 179 hotel rooms, a restaurant, event halls, and other supporting facilities that complement its offering.

According to the company’s announcement, part of this complex will serve as a coordination hub for sales activities and business development of Frutex products in Germany and European markets. This step aims to further strengthen the company’s presence in the region and increase support for its partners in Europe.

This investment is further proof of Frutex’s growing ambitions to position itself strongly in international markets, merging the heritage of a historic German property with the modern vision of Kosovar business expansion abroad.
