Klodian Braho in the Laws Committee: The ‘January 21’ Case File Remains Under Investigation

During a reporting session at the Committee on Legal Affairs and Civil Administration, the head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, also responded to a question related to the ‘January 21’ case.

In response to the interest shown by Socialist MP Ermal Pacaj, Braho stressed that it is a sensitive case, for which the investigation is still ongoing, and that he therefore cannot provide further clarification.

“It is a specific and sensitive case. It is a case under investigation and the investigations are continuing. I have no further comment on this matter.

I also understand the position of the legal representatives or the heirs. I understand the sensitivity of the case. We cannot resolve this issue here.

If the parties have claims, they should address them to the Special Prosecution and receive a response, as provided for in the Code of Criminal Procedure,” Braho said.
