Justin Bieber in Talks to Perform at the 2026 World Cup Final

Justin Bieber may perform at the World Cup final, which is being held in the United States, Mexico and Canada this year, and as TMZ reports, negotiations are underway.

Sources told TMZ that FIFA officials are considering adding Justin to a lineup that includes Madonna, Shakira and BTS for the July 19 spectacle at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The show will be presented by Coldplay’s Chris Martin and watched live by millions of fans around the world. Sesame Street characters, the Muppets, who have brought joyful learning to children around the world for generations, will be part of the show.

Justin and Hailey Bieber were the main figures at the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup in Inglewood just a few weeks ago, and Justin even surprised VIP guests with an intimate backstage performance of the song “Yukon.”

The first opening ceremony to be held was marked by a combination of tradition and modern rhythms. The main stars were Shakira and Burna Boy, who performed the tournament’s official song, “Dai Dai.”

Alongside them, an impressive lineup of Latin stars performed: J Balvin, Alejandro Fernández, Belinda, Danny Ocean, Lila Downs, Los Ángeles Azules and the band Maná, as well as South African singer Tyla.

The opening ceremony in Toronto preceded the Canada-Bosnia and Herzegovina match and included performances by Michael Bublé and Alanis Morissette. They shared the stage with stars such as Alessia Cara, Jessie Reyez, Nora Fatehi, Elyanna, Sanjoy, Vegedream and William Prince.

The American part of the tournament’s opening spectacle, attended by Justin and Hailey Bieber, offered a true pop show. The evening’s main stars were pop icon Katy Perry and rapper Future, and the program also included Anitta, LISA, Rema and once again Tyla.
