Hoxhaj: PDK Will Not Boycott the Assembly, but the Session Is Unconstitutional

Enver Hoxhaj, a PDK MP, said that his political party supports parliamentarianism and will not withdraw from the work of the Assembly.

“We will express our position during the session. This is an unconstitutional and undemocratic session that violates every procedural principle governing how the Assembly should be constituted,” he said.

Hoxhaj claimed that after every electoral process, LVV leader Albin Kurti “is overturning the constitutional order” with the aim of bringing the opposition under control.

Before the session began, the PDK MP described the situation as “an anarchic situation, outside the constitutional order.”
