A total of 149,482,644 denars has been paid to 1,934 farmers who produced and delivered apples. Albrim Hoxha, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, announced the news, describing it as another significant payment in support of farmers.
The funds were disbursed through the Agency for Financial Support in Agriculture and Rural Development. The payment falls under Measure 1.7 of the Programme for Financial Support in Agriculture for 2025.

Hoxha presented the transfer of around 149.5 million denars to apple growers as another piece of good news for farmers. He said the payment settles another portion of the outstanding obligations to farmers, while support for domestic production continues.
The deputy minister also stressed that payments and the fulfilment of obligations to farmers would continue in the period ahead.
