Egli Tako has spoken about her experience on Big Brother VIP Albania and how an emotional connection can form under conditions of isolation, also referring to the romance that began with Gjesti during her stay in Albania’s most famous house.

Invited to the podcast hosted by Grida Duma, Egli was asked if she was aware of the impact she had on the public and how her life changed after millions followed her every day.

She expressed that such an experience is difficult to understand from the outside, as the isolation completely disconnects you from ordinary reality.

“When you enter there, you don’t know if life outside continues the same. You disconnect totally from reality. You no longer live in that world you left behind, but only in that space, with those people and those situations that become your entire world,” said Egli.

According to her, it is precisely this reality created inside the house that makes the emotions and bonds between residents felt differently, because they share every moment together and have no contact with life outside.

Egli’s statement relates to her relationship with Gjesti, which began during the stay on Big Brother VIP and became one of the most talked-about stories of that edition.

The pair had constant ups and downs and separated shortly after the format ended.
