The Hydrometeorological Affairs Directorate announced that, under the influence of a warm air mass coming from the south, the country will be affected by sunny weather and very high temperatures until the middle of next week, accompanied by light to moderate cloudiness in some areas.
According to the statement, daytime maximum temperatures will exceed 30 degrees Celsius across the entire territory, while in some places they are expected to reach as high as 39 degrees Celsius. The high temperatures will continue to be felt during the night as well, the Hydrometeorological Department said.
