Acting President of Kosovo Albulena Haxhiu announced that she attended the official reception organized by President of the Republic of Italy Sergio Mattarella on the eve of the opening ceremony of the Mediterranean Games.
The event took place at the Aragonese Castle, where representatives of Mediterranean countries gathered. According to Haxhiu, sport once again served as a bridge that strengthens friendship, rapprochement and cooperation among countries.
