Haradinaj: Diaspora has supported the KLA from wartime to opposing The Hague rulings

Daut Haradinaj has responded to the mobilization of Albanians in the diaspora and the protests organized in support of the KLA leaders convicted by the Specialist Court in The Hague.

In a Facebook post, he praised the commitment of the Albanian diaspora, describing it as an essential pillar in the struggle for freedom during the war and as a powerful voice to this day.

Haradinaj wrote that, during the most difficult period, when hope needed support, the brothers and sisters in the diaspora became the greatest pillar, voice and source of support for liberation.

According to him, the Albanian diaspora has mobilized once again, showing that it remains closely connected to Kosovo’s fate.

He said that the diaspora is returning with the same passion and dedication, demonstrating through its actions, voice and generosity that it is not merely an observer of history, but also its guardian.

Haradinaj stressed that Albanians living abroad are coming out in support of Kosovo, freedom and former KLA members.

He added that the diaspora is demonstrating that it stands alongside the citizens, freedom, the state of Kosovo and the liberators who gave everything for this day.

Concluding his response, Haradinaj thanked the Albanian diaspora for its mobilization and support.

According to him, freedom has a name, and that name is also Diaspora and sacrifice, while behind it stands an entire people, in Kosovo and in every corner of the world, proudly and honorably defending the Liberation War and the KLA. Haradinaj thanked the diaspora, emphasizing that Albanian unity has ensured that no challenge has broken them before and that none will break them today.
