Halil Geci has reacted harshly to a statement by PDK official Arian Tahiri. The analyst accuses him of speaking about Kosovo’s declaration of independence while overlooking responsibility for the events that, according to Geci, followed in 2008.

In a social media post, Geci addressed Tahiri in harsh language and demanded to know who, in his view, undermined the state from within and planted “mines” beneath it.
The response lists some of the most widely debated political issues of the postwar period: the Association of Serb-majority municipalities, the border agreements with Montenegro and North Macedonia, and the establishment of the Specialist Chambers.
Geci writes that the “Cattle Herder of Mitrovica” is telling citizens who declared Kosovo’s independence, but not who harmed the state and undermined it from within.
He levels serious accusations and allegations against figures from the former political leadership, while demanding answers about which individuals, in his view, supported initiatives to partition Kosovo and violate its territorial integrity.
The post also mentions allegations of payments to American lobbyist James Rubin. Geci calls for clarification of the role played by certain individuals in these developments, but presents no new evidence in his response to support these claims, which have been raised over the years as part of political accusations.
The analyst also opposes agreements concerning the protection of Serbian religious sites, which he claims have harmed Kosovo’s interests.
The Specialist Chambers also feature prominently in his response. Geci asks who created this institution and why, in his view, former KLA leaders gave it their support.
Using the term “hound,” he asks why “Polari” established the Specialist Chambers and why he also took along the comrades who had trusted him.
In conclusion, Geci calls for the political discussion not to focus solely on individuals’ contributions to the declaration of independence, but also to address responsibility for everything that happened afterward.
According to him, before Tahiri gives lectures on independence, he should also tell the story of the developments that followed it, because citizens want to know not only who declared independence, but also who undermined and weakened the state, as well as who profited from it.

PDK OFFICIAL TALKS ABOUT THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, BUT REMAINS SILENT ABOUT THOSE WHO UNDERMINED THE STATE!
This “Cattle Herder of Mitrovica” is explaining who declared Kosovo’s independence, but he does not say who planted mines beneath the state and damaged it from within.
He does not say who took the initial step toward the secession of the Zajednica with executive powers, who turned 10 villages with around 2,000 residents each into Serb-majority municipalities, and who used money from the state fund to lobby in favor of partitioning Kosovo and damaging its territorial integrity.
The “hound” also does not explain why, based on accusations made over the years, Polari paid James Rubin 52,000 euros a month to help with the project to partition Kosovo.
Likewise, he does not say who handed 40 Albanian churches over to Serbia, granting them legal protection and extraterritorial status.
Also unanswered is the question of who gave Montenegro 8.226 hectares of land and North Macedonia around 3.000 hectares.
This “hound” does not say whom Polari was serving when, according to the charges brought against him in The Hague, he carried out contract killings of LDK patriots. Who gave him the orders?
Nor does he explain why Polari created the Specialist Chambers and why he took along the comrades who had trusted him.
Above all, the “hound” does not say how Polari and the people around him became multimillionaires and billionaires.
Why does the “hound” not talk about the role that you and Hashim’s generals played in all these developments? Why have you barked, and why do you continue to bark incessantly from Serbia’s kennel in its favor, when your actions have clearly been seen to serve the opponent’s interests?
For this reason, before giving lectures on independence, also recount what happened after it was declared.
Citizens do not want to learn only the name of the person who declared independence.
They also want to know who undermined the state, who weakened it, and who profited from it.
So watch yourself, Arian Tahir, you “hound”! You are nothing more than a wretched child barking for Serbia’s benefit, exploiting the little power the PDK has given you.
