According to him, the Police showed excessive tolerance and reacted in a minimal way. Gjinovci described the protests as being based on “artificial causes.”

He also criticized PDK and LDK, stating that these two parties do not have stable structures. According to the analyst, in the upcoming elections the responsibility will clearly fall on the opposition.

Gjinovci said the Police made a mistake by tolerating throughout the day attacks on its members, journalists, MPs and officials, all in the presence of law enforcement forces. He considered this situation not only a violation of the laws, but also a challenge to the authority and integrity of the Police.

“The Police’s tolerance was excessive, while its response was minimal. Two hundred militants from the two opposition parties cannot mistreat a square for a week over artificial causes,” he wrote.

The analyst repeated several facts that, according to him, are related to the situation:

1. PDK created the Special Court.

2. The Special Court is a constitutional category.

3. The Special Court is part of an international agreement, specifically of the letter exchange with the EU.

3. The Constitution and international agreements cannot be changed through a law. Gjinovci described the law proposed by PDK as worthless populism.

4. According to him, PDK has neither a chairman nor a presidency: one side negotiates and tries to reach an agreement, while the others organize “protests.”

5. He said the country will go to elections and that the responsibility clearly belongs to the opposition. According to Gjinovci, LDK and PDK do not have stable structures, are made up of interest groups and do not have a single representative with whom one can negotiate, since one must talk to each MP separately.

“May all of Kosovo society succeed in life!”, Gjinovci concluded.
