Footage from the Special Units camp in Vrellë, Ramadani: Serious security breach, investigation required

Alliance MP Burim Ramadani has reacted to the publication of footage filmed inside the camp of the Kosovo Police’s Special Units in Vrellë, stressing that no one should have been able to enter or record in that area.

“Footage has been published on YouTube that should not only never have been filmed, but under no circumstances should it have been accessible to anyone. This is not a public park, but a facility of particular importance to Kosovo’s critical infrastructure and national security,” he declared.

Ramadani added that the possibility that the incident was a hostile test must also be taken into consideration. “If it was a hostile test, the result is obvious. Security has been compromised, and this is a very major scandal that requires a serious investigation,” the MP said.

According to him, the lack of an institutional response in such cases also demonstrates the absence of a plan, while without a plan there can be no results.
