A serious road accident resulting in the loss of one life occurred this evening in the area known as “Pema e Thatë” in Ksamil.

Preliminary information indicates that Antonio Mateli, around 20 years old and a resident of Ksamil, was driving a van when he was involved in the accident. He died while being transported to the hospital due to his injuries.
A large number of police officers have been deployed to the area where the accident occurred. Investigators are working to document the incident and fully establish the circumstances surrounding it.
The authorities are expected to release further details about how the accident occurred.
