The EU Ambassador to Kosovo, Dirk Schuebel, said the law’s adoption yesterday marks another step for Kosovo towards joining the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and gradually integrating into the EU’s single market.
According to the EU statement, once Kosovo joins SEPA, payments and money transfers to and from countries in the area will be easier, faster and cheaper. This will save businesses and citizens time and money.
