Today, the Supreme Court is reviewing the case concerning the security measure imposed on Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj. The hearing is being held in chambers, with the focus of the review on the “arrest in prison” measure imposed on Veliaj.

The case has been returned for review following a decision by the Constitutional Court, which requested a reassessment of the proportionality of the security measure.
