Elderly Woman Protests Outside Prime Minister’s Office: Rama, Belinda and Sali in Prison, Berisha Should Make Way for the Young

During the protest held outside the Prime Minister’s Office, an elderly woman criticized the political establishment, calling for Prime Minister Edi Rama’s removal and changes within the opposition. Addressing the participants, she accused Rama, while urging former Prime Minister Sali Berisha to make room for new figures in politics.

According to her, the head of government no longer enjoys the trust of the public. Alongside her accusations against the prime minister, the elderly woman also delivered a direct message to Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha.

Slogans against politicians were also heard during the rally, including the chant, “Rama, Belinda and Sali in prison.”

“Edi Rama, you fool, you cannot rule with a whip! We are not going to leave without removing you! But we will say one thing, just as it must be said: Why should we give you our word, Edi Rama? When you betray your close friend and take his wife. No highlander will give you his word! I have two words for Berisha: Step aside as soon as possible, enjoy your retirement and give young people a chance. If you do not resign, he will not leave,” she said.
