Deputy Erald Kapri: Rama, Like Enver Hoxha, Doesn’t Speak About Kosovo; Serbian Minister Finds Courage to Insult Albanians Thanks to Silent Ally in Tirana

The “Mundësia” deputy, Erald Kapri, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of failing to react to the scandalous statement by Serbian Minister Snezhana Paunović, in which she said she would carry out ethnic cleansing in Kosovo.

In Parliament, he said the prime minister is behaving exactly like Enver Hoxha, adding that Hoxha also did not speak up regardless of what happened in Kosovo.

According to him, the Serbian minister finds the courage to insult Albanians because of the silent ally in Tirana, referring to Prime Minister Rama.

“Rama has not been the only prime minister in Belgrade. There was also Enver Hoxha. Like Rama, Enver Hoxha opened borders with former Yugoslavia, they created an Open Balkan, they even had a currency unit. Just like Rama, Hoxha remained silent about Kosovo regardless of what happened there. Rama had the audacity to say that the north of Kosovo is no man’s land, and he also presented an alternative plan for the north.”

“Kosovo Prime Minister Haradinaj has publicly said that Rama asked me to accept the division of Kosovo. As for the fairy tales of the national cause, there are facts that show the opposite. The Open Balkan was Enver Hoxha’s project to align Albania with former Yugoslavia. Where does the former Serbian minister find the courage, even after 25 years, to severely insult Kosovo Albanians, because she knows there is an ally in Tirana who remains silent. You want to fill our minds with more national fairy tales.”

“This parliament is convening under siege conditions, as if we are in a state of war or a state of emergency has been declared. You just need to bring out the army, how can you deny what is happening on the boulevard. There lies legitimacy. This parliament has lost it completely. The repeal of law 21/24 that you made to order with 10 deputies is a non-negotiable condition of the EU.”

“Rama declared alongside Marta Kos that it is the best law we have had and we do not intend to repeal it. We do not only have an anti-national prime minister who flirts with Vucic as if he were a bank buddy, but we are dealing with a prime minister who has openly come out against the integration process. That square is integrating Albania, not this government which has become an obstacle due to Rama’s dark interests,” he said.
