The Hydrometeorological Administration (DPHM) reports that unstable weather will affect the country overnight and throughout today. Heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds and possible hail are forecast in certain areas.

Overnight, rainfall in the western parts of the country is expected to exceed 20 l/m², while tomorrow, local amounts could surpass 30 l/m². Many areas will see downpours, thunderstorms and brief storms accompanied by strong winds and lightning. There is also a possibility of isolated hail.
Strong to gale-force winds are forecast in the Polog region and the eastern and northeastern parts of the country, with local gusts potentially reaching 60 km/h. Rain is expected in Skopje overnight and tomorrow, while brief thunderstorms with thunder, strong winds and local hail may develop in some parts of the valley.
The CMC said that, based on the DPHM forecast, a period of mostly stable weather and higher temperatures is expected to begin on Tuesday.
