03.10.2026, 16:58 – PDK leader Bedri Hamza has arrived once again at Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s office. This is their second meeting within 24 hours.

Kurti and Hamza also met yesterday, but the talks ended without an agreement. They discussed the issue of the president and the PDK’s draft law aimed at amending and supplementing the Law on the Specialist Chambers of Kosovo in The Hague.
The government announced last night that it had sent its response to the draft law to the Assembly.
03.10.2026, 16:18 – Before the meeting, Hamza said he expected the issue of amending the law on the Specialist Chambers to be resolved during his next conversation with Kurti. He mentioned the approval of several documents by the government and emphasized that, for the PDK, priority was given to the first reading of the draft law. According to him, only afterward could procedures for electing the president begin, if the parties reached an agreement.
Hamza also said that he could meet with Kurti at any time, even every day, because of the rapid developments and the limited time available.
