After wrapping up her “Eternal Sunshine” tour, Ariana Grande delivered an emotional farewell to fans as she prepares to temporarily step away from public life.

The final show was held at London’s O2 Arena, where the American singer and “Wicked” actress tearfully thanked the audience for their support and the special moments they shared during the concerts.
“I just wanted to thank you all so much,” Grande said as the arena erupted in applause and cheers. She mentioned the 10 shows held in London, as well as the 41 concerts included in the “Eternal Sunshine” tour.
The singer described this chapter as “one of the most beautiful and extraordinary experiences of my life,” stressing that she would always cherish it.
Grande told fans: “I have the best fans in the whole world, and I always have. I love your outfits. I love your faces. I love seeing you, and I love connecting with you in this way.”
Her decision to take a break from public appearances was announced last month. According to a representative, Grande would end the tour “on a high note” before taking a “very well-deserved break from work and public appearances.”
The artist also withdrew from the lead role in the London production of Stephen Sondheim’s “Sunday in the Park with George.” She was due to star alongside her “Wicked” co-star Jonathan Bailey, who also later withdrew from the production.
Her step back from public life follows a long period in the spotlight, during which the singer’s appearance has also been widely discussed.
However, Grande has denied that the decision was prompted by criticism.
During a performance in Chicago, she said: “I heard that my fans were worried that negativity was ruining things for me, but I have to say that could not be further from the truth.”
The singer added: “Boundaries have to be set; human beings may need a break sometimes.”
Grande has clarified that her temporary departure was not a hasty choice, but a carefully considered decision that had been planned for a long time.
