Andin Hoti sets up working group for the protection program for vulnerable consumers

Minister for Labour, Family and the Values of the Liberation War, Andin Hoti, has established a working group that will be tasked with drafting the program for the protection of vulnerable consumers for the 2026–2027 period.

According to the ministry’s announcement, the program will define the criteria, procedures and mechanisms necessary for the preparation and implementation of measures aimed at supporting vulnerable consumers.

Today I established the working group for drafting the program for the protection of vulnerable consumers for the 2026–2027 period.

Through this program, the necessary criteria, procedures and mechanisms will be prepared for the design and implementation of measures in support of vulnerable consumers, in accordance with the legislation in force and the relevant standards.

The Ministry for Labour, Family and the Values of the Liberation War aims to build sustainable policies that protect the most vulnerable citizens and ensure fairer access to services and institutional support. Today I established the Working Group for drafting the Program for the Protection of Vulnerable Consumers for the 2026–2027 period.

Through this program, the necessary criteria, procedures and mechanisms will be prepared for the design and implementation of measures in support of vulnerable consumers, in compliance with the legislation in force and the relevant standards.
