Ajola Xoxa fired her as soon as she asked for a raise, Adela Kondakçiu testifies in GJKKO: I gained nothing, I only followed orders

Justice collaborator Adela Kondakçiu, in the Veliaj-Xoxa case, has presented her defense at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.

Through her lawyer, she stated that she did not aim for personal gain and that her involvement in the illegal activity came as a result of the influence and instructions of Ajola Xoxa.

The defense stressed that Kondakçiu did not benefit from these actions, but has cooperated with the justice authorities and helped clarify the circumstances of the case, despite the personal costs incurred.

At the end of the session, the lawyers requested additional time to prepare final conclusions.

GJKKO granted the request and postponed the session to July 23, although the prosecution had expressed its objection.

Meanwhile, Ajola Xoxa and several other defendants are being tried in a separate proceeding, after summary trial was approved for them.
