The protest is linked to the stopping of a convoy of vehicles carrying members of the Albanian diaspora who were traveling to Albania to join the gathering.
As previously reported, several vehicles in the convoy have remained blocked for hours in Nikšić, Montenegro. The travelers said they had not received a clear explanation for the stoppage.
During the march, the protesters are expected to demand a response to the situation and that the Albanian convoy be allowed to continue its journey to Albania.
