Activist Andi Tepelena: Provocation Against Protesters Must Stop, SPAK Must Act and the U.S. Embassy Must Intervene Urgently

In a statement to News24, activist Andi Tepelena said that the provocations against protesters must come to an end.

He also called on SPAK to intervene against what he described as a “gang that is pushing the people into a civil conflict.”

“Taulant Balla is a bandit who has called on the police to use violence against peaceful citizens. I call on the U.S. embassy to intervene urgently. The situation has become tense; we were sitting peacefully. But those ministers wanted to eat, they were hungry, and they sent the police against us. It is a disgrace that scum like them are at the head of Parliament. We are the most peaceful citizens. We are pro-European and pro-Western. We must not fall into Taulant Balla’s provocations,” he said.
