Abdixhiku meets with Prattipati, overcoming institutional deadlock in focus

Democratic League of Kosovo leader Lumir Abdixhiku met today with Anu Prattipati, the United States Chargé d’Affaires in Kosovo.

The talks focused on the latest political developments and the need to find a way out of the current crisis, emphasizing the importance of ensuring that the country’s institutions are fully functional.

“The parties exchanged views on the urgent need to overcome the political situation and lay the foundations for the sustainable democratic functioning of institutions, always in the interests of citizens,” the statement said.

Abdixhiku also expressed his deep gratitude for the unwavering and vital support that the United States has provided to the Republic of Kosovo. He praised the bilateral strategic alliance and underscored the importance of preserving and further strengthening this partnership.
