Abdixhiku After Re-Election as LDK Leader: Pleased With the Result

Lumir Abdixhiku has spoken for the first time after being re-elected leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo at the party’s Extraordinary Assembly.

Speaking to the media, he expressed gratitude to the delegates and participants, describing the process as evidence of internal democracy within the LDK.

“For the second time this year, the LDK demonstrated the highest level of democracy. The delegates to the LDK Assembly democratically set the direction not only for the leadership, but also for the party’s policy platform. I am pleased with the result and grateful that they confirmed the January result,” Abdixhiku said.

At the Extraordinary Assembly, the delegates once again entrusted Abdixhiku with the leadership of the LDK, giving him a mandate to continue leading the political party.
