A tragic incident occurred yesterday in Kërçovë, where a person lost their life after their house was engulfed by fire. The victim, aged 37, was found lifeless by rescue teams after the flames were extinguished, official sources confirm.

The authorities’ report clarifies the chronology of the case: “On July 21, around 6:55 PM, a notification arrived at the Kërçovë Police Station from the city’s Fire Department. They reported that a residence on ‘4 Korriku’ Street had been engulfed by fire. After the fire protection team managed to bring the situation under control, S.S., a 37-year-old resident of Kërçovë, was found inside showing no signs of life.”
The young man’s death was confirmed by the emergency medical personnel who arrived at the scene. Subsequently, the competent prosecutor, together with investigators from SPB Kërçovë, conducted the necessary procedural actions to clarify the causes of this tragedy.
