30 days of pre-trial detention for Arjeta Roshaj, suspected in the killing that occurred in Ferizaj

The Basic Court in Ferizaj has ordered 30 days of pre-trial detention for Arjeta Roshaj, who is suspected in the killing carried out in Ferizaj on June 28, 2026.

The decision was made after a hearing before the pre-trial procedure judge.

The request by the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj for the imposition of pre-trial detention states that the incident occurred on June 28, 2026, at around 22:40, on “Sejdi Sejdiu” Street in Ferizaj, in a residential property rented by the defendant’s father, M.B., where the defendant is suspected of depriving the now deceased F.H. of his life.

According to the same request, the victim had gone to the apartment where the defendant was staying and, while he was there, following a disagreement and a physical altercation between them, the defendant took the now deceased man’s firearm and fired one shot in his direction, inflicting fatal wounds from which he died at the scene.
