How the Shooting Happened in Sauk

According to information, the suspected perpetrator and the victim were at different tables and on different floors of the venue.

After having dinner on the first floor, the 19-year-old is suspected of moving to the second floor, where he fired shots in the direction of Halil Uçar, wounding him with a bullet in the shoulder.

Following the shots, the suspected perpetrator fled the scene quickly.

He Was Arrested During a Police Check in Greece

The 19-year-old was arrested in Greece along with two other Turkish nationals, aged 21 and 22, during a police check on the Kalamata-Pylos road axis.

According to Greek authorities, the operation was carried out by officers of the Police Prevention and Intervention Unit in Messenia, while the three young men were arrested for criminal offenses related to violations of legislation on narcotics, foreigners, and forgery.

During the inspection of the vehicle they were traveling in, the police found and confiscated 14.7 grams of marijuana, as well as a small amount of cocaine, which they are suspected of possessing jointly.
