According to the verdict announced today, Dragusha was sentenced to one year in prison on the first count of the indictment, while on the other three counts he received eight months in prison for each.

During the announcement of the decision, it was stated: “The Court, based on Article 76 of the Criminal Code, imposes on the defendant a unified sentence of imprisonment for a duration of 2 (two) years, which sentence shall be executed within 15 days from the date this judgment becomes final.”

The verdict also obliges him to cover the costs of the criminal proceedings, specifically 100 euros in court fees and 100 euros for the crime victims compensation fund.

The court also instructed the State Advocacy Office to pursue the property-related legal claim in regular civil proceedings.

Dragusha had entered into a plea agreement with the Special Prosecution, an agreement that the Court had approved at the hearing of February 7, 2025.

Gjykata Themelore në Prishtinë e ka gjetur fajtor ish-shefin e prokurimit në KEK, Ymer Dragushën, për katër vepra penale të keqpërdorimit të pozitës apo autoritetit zyrtar në bashkëkryerje, duke i shqiptuar një dënim unik prej dy vjetësh burgim.

Sipas aktgjykimit të shpallur sot, për pikën e parë të aktakuzës Dragusha është dënuar me një vit burgim, ndërsa për tri pikat e tjera me nga tetë muaj burgim për secilën.

Gjatë shpalljes së vendimit u tha: “Gjykata, duke u bazuar në nenin 76 të Kodit Penal, të pandehurit i shqipton dënim unik me burgim në kohëzgjatje prej 2 (dy) viteve, i cili dënim do të ekzekutohet në afat prej 15 ditëve nga dita e plotfuqishmërisë së këtij aktgjykimi”.

Po ashtu, me aktgjykim është obliguar që të mbulojë edhe shpenzimet e procedurës penale, konkretisht 100 euro në emër të paushallit gjyqësor dhe 100 euro për fondin e kompensimit të viktimave të krimit.

Gjykata gjithashtu e ka udhëzuar Avokaturën Shtetërore që kërkesën pasurore juridike ta ndjekë në procedurë të rregullt civile.

Dragusha kishte lidhur marrëveshje për pranimin e fajësisë me Prokurorinë Speciale, marrëveshje të cilën Gjykata e kishte miratuar në seancën e 7 shkurtit 2025.
