Residents of the villas in the Ujman area have begun removing equipment and valuables from their homes, without waiting for intervention by Kosovo’s institutions.

Footage obtained by Kanal 10 shows that furniture and various pieces of equipment are being removed from some of the villas, while institutions are expected to take action in the area.

This move has been recorded at a time when properties in the Ujman area are at the center of developments and institutional measures have been announced.

The document shows that the sold property included land and a building with a total area of 251 sqm, and was registered 100% in the MP’s name.

According to the report, the transaction was finalized at the end of September 2025, just a few days after Agron Shehaj assumed his MP mandate.

Besides this sale, Shehaj has also reflected other changes in his finances, including the repayment of some loans and an increase in bank accounts.

As for income, he declared his MP salary of 2.7 million leks, 150,000 euros from the sale of another property, and over 2 million euros in other income.

In a social media post, Shehaj said the sold property’s price reached 15 million euros due to its location on the beaches of Italy.

“This is my beach villa in Italy that I sold for 15 million euros. Now they are surprised, where did he find all this money. Through honest work. In 20 years I have employed over 50,000 young men and women. We have brought hundreds of millions of euros here that have gone to salaries and taxes. I am proud of what I have done, because one thing is to get rich, another is to get rich honestly,” Shehaj stated.
