A 56-year-old woman from Skopje was found dead last night inside a vehicle on the Gevgelija-Veles highway. The Veles Sector for Internal Affairs said her body had been sent for an autopsy.

The case was reported to the Veles Sector for Internal Affairs at 7:40 p.m. The woman, identified by the initials M.D., was found in a Volkswagen Passat with Skopje license plates on the Gevgelija-Veles road.

According to the official statement, the emergency doctor found no signs of violence. An inspection team from the Veles Sector for Internal Affairs went to the scene, and on the order of the public prosecutor, the deceased woman’s body was taken for an autopsy.
