In the retrial for the triple murder in Gllogjan, which began today, the Basic Court in Peja has decided to admit a video recording as evidence.

In the footage to be presented during the court proceedings, Kreshnik Mehmetaj can be seen firing a gun in a mountainous area of Deçan.

The video is one of the pieces of evidence the court will examine and is expected to be included in the overall assessment of the evidence in the case.

Meanwhile, prosecutor Sahide Gashi denied that the Prosecution had concealed evidence, saying that both the video recording and the other evidence would be assessed during the retrial.
