According to Gashi, he was the legal representative in both cases and the state authorities lost both proceedings after the court annulled the decisions that had been made. He also stressed that Dejona Mihali is a citizen of Kosovo and, for that reason, cannot be deported from the country.

In his reaction, Gashi harshly attacked PDK and LDK, claiming that through their actions at that time they had harmed Kosovo’s relations with Albania and with the United States of America.

At the time when Kosovo was governed by PDK-LDK, and at that time the president was Hashim Thaçi of PDK and the prime minister was Isa Mustafa of LDK, the biggest scandal ever in Kosovo-Albania and Kosovo-America state relations took place, by trying not to allow Ms. Dejona Mihali to enter Kosovo and by trying to deport the American Tienmu Ma from Kosovo.

They tried to do this for only one reason: Dejona and Tienmu Ma were advisers to Albin Kurti.

The government of the time lost both of these cases because the Court annulled these decisions, but the bitter feeling has remained forever.

I know this because I was the lawyer in both cases and both cases were won in Court!

Shame on you individuals from PDK and LDK and anyone else who, even today after the expulsion of a woman from Albania who is openly pro-Iranian, propose what you call reciprocity with Albania by proposing to declare Ms. Dejona Mihali non grata in order to deport her from Kosovo!

You poor people do not even know that Dejona is a citizen of Kosovo, something you ignorant people do not want to know.

And as for deporting Americans from Kosovo, some of you who are with Iran and with the devil would gladly do it, but you do not have the guts!

Shame on you!

And you know that Albin and Dejona are “crushing” you in every election, and with your wishes to deport Albanians and Americans from Kosovo, all you are left doing is grinning…

Sipas Gashit, ai ka qenë përfaqësues ligjor në të dyja rastet dhe autoritetet shtetërore i humbën të dy proceset, pasi gjykata i anuloi vendimet e marra. Ai theksoi gjithashtu se Dejona Mihali është shtetase e Kosovës dhe, për këtë arsye, nuk mund të dëbohet nga vendi.

Në kohën kur Kosova qeverisej nga PDK- LDK e në atë kohë president ishte Hashim Thaqi i PDK-së e kryeministër ishte Isa Mustafa i LDK-së është bërë skandali ma i madh ndonjëherë në marrëdhënjet shtetërore Kosovë-Shqipëri dhe Kosovë-Amerikë, duke tentu që të mos e lejojnë hyrjen e zonjës Dejona Mihali në Kosovë dhe duke tentu ta debojnë Amerikanin Tienmu Ma Nga Kosova.

Këtë tentuan ta bejnë vetëm për një arsye: Dejona dhe Tienmu Ma ishin këshilltarë të Albin Kurtit.

Qeveria e atëhershme i ka humb të dy këto raste, sepse Gjykata i ka anulu këto vendime , por ndjenja e idhët ka mbetë përjetësisht .

Unë këtë e di sepse kam qenë Avokat në të dy rastet dhe të dy rastet në Gjykatë janë fitu!

Marre ju koftë juve individëve nga PDK e LDK dhe kujtdo tjetër që edhe sot pas dëbimit të një zonje nga Shqipëria e cila është haptas Pro-IRNIANE, ju propozoni siç thoni reciprocitet me Shqiperinë duke propozu ta shpallni non-grata Zonjën Dejona Mihali për ta dëbuar nga Kosova!

Ju të mjerët as që e dini se Dejona është shtetase e Kosovës e që ju të padijshmit nuk doni ta dini.

E sa për Amerikanët me i dëbu nga Kosova, ju disa që jeni me Iran e me shejtan qef kishi pas, po byca nuk jau mban!
