This morning, a powerful fire broke out around 08:30 in a private residence located in the Student City neighborhood. Preliminary data show that at the moment the flames started, a separated woman and her two children were inside the apartment.

Fortunately, all three people managed to evacuate quickly and are out of any life-threatening danger.

They were transported to the hospital for a medical check-up, but did not result in injuries caused by the fire or smoke inhalation.

As a result of the burning, the apartment has been completely engulfed by fire and turned to ashes, becoming uninhabitable.

The causes of the incident have not yet been officially confirmed, however preliminary investigations suspect an electrical spark. Law enforcement forces immediately began work to clarify the circumstances and origin of the fire.
