In an open letter addressed to public opinion, Vladimir Kosta accuses businessman Nadir Çausholli, owner of the Green Taxi company, of threatening the company’s executives while accompanied by strongmen, following a dispute that arose during the installation of an electric vehicle charging booth near the building, Albeu.com reports.

Kosta claims the actions were carried out with violence and threats, damaging the activity of the multifunctional center and endangering staff safety.

He also published video footage of the clash, which, according to them, documents traffic rule violations, the blocking of sidewalks and traffic, as well as incidents between representatives of the companies.

Vladimir Kosta, the Sky Tower entrepreneur, also leveled accusations against state institutions, claiming that despite repeated complaints, they have not exercised their authority to resolve the conflict.

According to him, this situation is escalating tensions and creating the risk that the incident could end in acts of vigilante justice, for which they hold the competent institutions responsible.

GREEN TAXI DEFILES THE SKY TOWER PREMISES

Today, on July 6, 2026, at 09:00, in front of Sky Tower, a group of strongmen, together with Nadir Çausholli, a person known as a trader convicted of stealing pensioners’ medicines, forcibly and with threats placed a charging tower near Sky Tower, which entirely harms the business of the Sky Tower multifunctional center.

Three years ago, Nadir Çausholli bought a taxi business and, with the help of those who sold it to him, they placed this charging tower in front of our business without asking us and completely desecrating our business.

The main problem has been turning the hotel into a central bathroom where taxi drivers carried out their personal needs, dirtying the walls with their filth and stealing hand paper.

Today, at 09:00, as mentioned above, the electric booth was installed violently, with death threats directed at the company’s executives, while enjoying the protection of the State Police.

The latter were informing their superiors that this person had a permit, while at the same time they were not dealing with our complaint.

The company executives have raised, since March 2025, a conflict from that day at 6:30, when the taxi drivers were creating noise by shouting below the hotel.

One of the company’s superiors, who faced this concern and notified the Prime Minister of Albania, who assigned it as a task to Anuela Ristani, the latter not only failed to provide a solution to this issue but is pushing the conflicts even further than they were.

In the video footage below, the violations committed by Green Taxi taxis will be shown, such as double parking, blocking traffic and pedestrian passage on each side.

The video also shows the intimidation of executives and the premises by Nadir Çausholli’s strongmen together with him, the latter desecrating our premises.

I do not want to go on at length, but I call on all public opinion, who have the video footage at their disposal, and state that if under these circumstances any act of vigilante justice occurs, those responsible for it are the competent institutions. /albeu.com/

Në një letër të hapur drejtuar opinionit publik,  Vladimir Kosta akuzon biznesmenin Nadir Çausholli, pronar i kompanisë Green Taxi, se i shoqëruar nga persona të fortë i ka kërcënuar titullarët e shoqërisë pas një konflikti të lindur gjatë vendosjes së një kabine karikimi për automjete elektrike pranë godinës, transmeton Albeu.com.

Kosta pretendon se veprimet janë kryer me dhunë dhe kërcënime, duke dëmtuar aktivitetin e qendrës multifunksionale dhe duke cenuar sigurinë e stafit.

Ai publikoi edhe pamje filmike nga përplasja, ku, sipas tyre, dokumentohen shkelje të rregullave të qarkullimit, bllokimi i trotuareve dhe i trafikut, si edhe incidente mes përfaqësuesve të kompanive.

Vladimir Kosta sipërmarrësi i Sky Tower hodhi akuza edhe ndaj institucioneve shtetërore, duke pretenduar se, pavarësisht denoncimeve të përsëritura, nuk kanë ushtruar kompetencat për zgjidhjen e konfliktit.

Sipas tij, kjo situatë po përshkallëzon tensionet dhe krijon rrezikun që ngjarja të përfundojë në akte vetëgjyqësie, për të cilat ata mbajnë përgjegjëse institucionet kompetente.

GREEN TAXI DENIGRON AMBIENTET E SKY TOWER

Sot, më datë 6 korrik 2026, në orën 09:00, përpara Sky Tower, një grup të fortësh, së bashku me Nadir Çaushollin, një person i njohur si tregtar i dënuar për vjedhje ilaçesh të pensionistëve, ka vendosur me dhunë dhe me kërcënime pranë Sky Tower një kullë karikimi, e cila dëmton në tërësi biznesin e qendrës multifunksionale Sky Tower.

Para 3 vitesh, Nadir Çausholli bleu një biznes taksish dhe me ndihmën e atyre që ia shitën, vendosën përpara biznesit tonë këtë kullë karikimi pa na pyetur dhe duke perdhosur në tërësi biznesin tonë.

Problematika kresore ka qenë bërja e hotelit si banjo centrali ku taksistët kryenin nevojat e tyre personale duke ndyrë muret me pislliqet e tyre dhe duke vjedhur letrat e duarve.

Sot, në orën 09:00, siç u përmend më lart, u vendos kabina elektrike në mënyrë të dhunshme, me kërcënime për jetën drejtuar titullarëve të shoqërisë, duke pasur mbrojtjen e Policisë së Shtetit.

Këta të fundit u komunikonin eprorëve se ky person ishte me leje, ndërkohë që nuk merreshin me denoncimin tonë.

Titullaret e kompanisë kanë vënë në mars të 2025 në nje konflikt të asaj dite te ores 6:30 ku taksistet krijonin nje zhurme duke bertitur poshte hotelit.

Nje nga eproret e kompanise, i cili dhe u perball me kete shqetesim dhe dhe njoftoi kryeministrin e Shqiperise i cili ja ngarkoi si detyre Anuela Ristanit, kjo e fundit jo vetem qe nuk I dha zgjidhje kesaj ceshtje por po shtyn konfliktet me shume sec kane qene.

Ne pamjet e meposhtme filmike do te paraqiten shkeljet e bere nga taksite e Green Taxi si parkimi dysh duke bllokuar trafikun dhe kalimin e kembesoreve ne secilen ane.

Gjithashtu ne video eshte paraqitur kanosja e eproreve dhe ambjenteve nga te fortet e Nadir Caushollit bashke me te , ky I fundit duke perdhosur ambjentet tona.

Nuk dua ta zgjas me por po I bej thirrje te gjithe opinionit publik te cilat kane ne disponim pamjet filmike per te cilat akuzojme se nese ne keto rrethana ndodh ndonje vetegjyqsi e siper pergjegjes per kete jane institucionet kompetente. /albeu.com/
