For defendants Endrit Llapashtica and Dardan Marevci, the Basic Court in Prishtina has scheduled the initial review hearing, where the indictment filed by the Basic Prosecution on February 12, 2026, with number PP.I.nr.178/2024, will be examined. Llapashtica faces suspicions of the criminal offense of “Aggravated Murder” committed in cooperation, while together with Marevci, he is accused individually of illegal possession of weapons.

According to the prosecution’s request, the proceedings will take place without the presence of the accused, given that they were not reachable by justice authorities until the moment the indictment was filed.

The court, through this communication, calls on the defendants to voluntarily surrender to the authorities of the Republic of Kosovo. Likewise, all citizens who have knowledge of their whereabouts are invited to immediately notify the Kosovo Police or any other law enforcement institution.

The hearing is scheduled for July 21, 2026, starting at 09:00, in courtroom number 27 of Building D at the Palace of Justice in Hajvali. The trial panel will be chaired by presiding judge Fatime Dermaku.

The indictment and the summons for this hearing have already been announced on the court’s official portal and in the Official Gazette, while the Basic Court will continue to keep the public informed about the next steps in this matter.

In a related development, the hearing concerning the conflict between the “Capat” and “Sekiraqa” groups – an armed clash motivated by revenge in which P.G. was the victim – was postponed in April. The reason was the incomplete psychiatric evaluation for Valdrin Ademi.

Për të pandehurit Endrit Llapashtica dhe Dardan Marevci, Gjykata Themelore në Prishtinë ka planifikuar seancën e shqyrtimit fillestar, ku do të analizohet aktakuza e depozituar nga Prokuroria Themelore më 12 shkurt 2026, me numër PP.I.nr.178/2024. Llapashtica përballet me dyshimet për veprën penale të “Vrasjes së Rëndë” të kryer në bashkëpunim, ndërsa së bashku me Marevcin, akuzohet individualisht për posedim të paligjshëm të armëve.

Sipas kërkesës së prokurorisë, procedura do të zhvillohet pa praninë e të akuzuarve, duke qenë se ata nuk kanë qenë të kapshëm për organet e drejtësisë deri në çastin e ngritjes së aktakuzës.

Gjykata, përmes këtij komunikimi, u bën thirrje të pandehurve që të dorëzohen vullnetarisht tek autoritetet e Republikës së Kosovës. Po ashtu, ftohen të gjithë qytetarët që kanë dijeni për vendndodhjen e tyre, të njoftojnë menjëherë Policinë e Kosovës apo çdo institucion tjetër ligjzbatues.

Seanca është caktuar për datën 21 korrik 2026, duke filluar nga ora 09:00, në sallën numër 27 të Objektit D në Pallatin e Drejtësisë në Hajvali. Trupin gjykues do ta drejtojë kryetarja Fatime Dermaku.

Aktakuza dhe ftesat për në këtë seancë janë shpallur tashmë në portalin zyrtar të gjykatës dhe në Gazetën Zyrtare, ndërsa Gjykata Themelore do të vijojë të mbajë publikun të informuar për hapat e ardhshëm në këtë çështje.

Në një zhvillim të ndërlidhur, gjatë muajit prill dështoi seanca në konfliktin mes grupeve “Capat” dhe “Sekiraqa”, një përplasje me armë e nxitur nga hakmarrja, ku mbeti viktimë P.G. Shkak për shtyrjen u bë mungesa e përfundimit të vlerësimit psikiatrik për Valdrin Ademin.
