Sanja Llukarevska, an MP from SDSM, described the budget revision adopted by Parliament today as evidence that the Government had mismanaged its economic planning.

Appearing on “Sitel,” she said that instead of taking concrete measures to improve living standards, the executive is opting for new borrowing and a wider budget deficit without explaining how the additional funds will be used.

“This budget revision does not represent development. On the contrary, it is largely the result of poor planning. My main question today was where the failure occurred: on the revenue side, the expenditure side, in the deficit, or in all three areas combined. We have a budget deficit of 7 billion denars, and the public still has no answer as to exactly what these funds will be spent on,” Llukarevska said.

According to her, the Government mentions new projects, investment and development, but has not presented a clear plan detailing how and where the funds will be used or what impact they will have on improving citizens’ lives.

Llukarevska said the executive’s economic policies are not delivering results, while citizens face rising prices and declining living standards every day.

“The Minister of Economy is completely failing to deal with price shocks. He is completely undermining the measures. Prices are rising constantly, heating costs are increasing, fuel prices are going up, we have not properly paid subsidies to farmers, and we have not provided assistance to the vulnerable groups that need it. For the first time, certain hospitals that have operated for 40 years now have their accounts frozen. The reality, therefore, is that we are not moving in the right direction,” she said.

Referring to the country’s financial situation, Llukarevska said the data point to a serious deterioration in public finances./Telegrafi/

Sanja Llukarevska, deputete e LSDM-së, e cilësoi ribalancimin e buxhetit të miratuar sot në Kuvend si dëshmi se Qeveria e ka planifikuar gabimisht ekonominë.

Në një paraqitje në “Sitel”, ajo deklaroi se ekzekutivi, në vend që të ndërmarrë masa konkrete për përmirësimin e standardit të jetesës, po zgjedh huamarrje të reja dhe zgjerim të deficitit buxhetor, pa sqaruar destinacionin e mjeteve shtesë.

“Ky ribalancim nuk përfaqëson zhvillim. Përkundrazi, kryesisht ka të bëjë me planifikim të gabuar. Pyetja ime kryesore sot ishte se ku dështoi, në anën e të ardhurave, në anën e shpenzimeve, në deficit apo në të tre fushat së bashku. Kemi një deficit buxhetor prej 7 miliardë denarësh, dhe publiku ende nuk ka përgjigje se për çfarë saktësisht do të shpenzohen këto fonde”, deklaroi Llukarevska.

Sipas saj, Qeveria përmend projekte të reja, investime dhe zhvillim, por nuk paraqet një plan të qartë për mënyrën dhe vendin ku do të përdoren fondet, si dhe për ndikimin që ato do të kenë në përmirësimin e jetës së qytetarëve.

Llukarevska vlerësoi se politikat ekonomike të ekzekutivit nuk po japin rezultate, ndërkohë që qytetarët përballen çdo ditë me shtrenjtimin e çmimeve dhe dobësimin e standardit të jetesës.

“Ministri i Ekonomisë po dështon plotësisht në përballimin e tronditjeve të çmimeve. Ai po i shkatërron plotësisht masat. Çmimet po rriten vazhdimisht, kostot e ngrohjes po rriten, çmimet e karburantit po rriten, nuk i kemi paguar siç duhet subvencionet për fermerët, nuk u kemi paguar ndihmën atyre kategorive të cenueshme që kanë nevojë për të. Për herë të parë, spitale të caktuara, të cilat kanë funksionuar për 40 vjet, tani kanë llogari të bllokuara. Pra, realiteti është se ne nuk po shkojmë në drejtimin e duhur”, u shpreh ajo.

Duke iu referuar edhe gjendjes financiare të vendit, Llukarevska tha se të dhënat dëshmojnë për një përkeqësim serioz të financave publike./Telegrafi/
