As announced by the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, the meeting discussed Gashi’s official visit to Germany, with a particular focus on the experiences and practices gained there, aimed at advancing the prosecutorial system in Kosovo and strengthening interinstitutional cooperation.

During the conversation, both sides also praised the cooperation to date between the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the German Embassy in Pristina, while expressing readiness to deepen the partnership in areas of mutual interest, especially in the exchange of professional experience, capacity building, and support for reform processes in the prosecutorial system.

Gashi thanked Germany for the continuous support it has provided to the justice system in Kosovo, underlining that this cooperation plays an important role in strengthening the rule of law and in the development of independent justice institutions.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Rudolph reaffirmed German support for the development and strengthening of the justice system in Kosovo. He praised the commitment of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council to advancing reforms, raising professional standards, and expanding international cooperation, emphasizing that the partnership between the institutions of both countries remains essential for strengthening the rule of law and building an efficient, independent prosecutorial system in line with European standards.

Siç bëri të ditur Këshilli Prokurorial i Kosovës, në këtë takim u bisedua për vizitën zyrtare që Gashi zhvilloi në Gjermani, me fokus të posaçëm te përvojat dhe praktikat e përfituara atje, të cilat synojnë përparimin e sistemit prokurorial në Kosovë dhe forcimin e bashkëpunimit ndërinstitucional.

Gjatë bisedës, të dyja palët vlerësuan edhe bashkëpunimin e deritanishëm mes Këshillit Prokurorial të Kosovës dhe Ambasadës së Gjermanisë në Prishtinë, ndërsa shprehën gatishmëri për ta thelluar partneritetin në fushat me interes të përbashkët, sidomos në shkëmbimin e përvojave profesionale, ngritjen e kapaciteteve dhe mbështetjen e proceseve reformuese në sistemin prokurorial.

Gashi e falënderoi Gjermaninë për përkrahjen e vazhdueshme që i ka dhënë sistemit të drejtësisë në Kosovë, duke nënvizuar se ky bashkëpunim luan rol të rëndësishëm në fuqizimin e sundimit të ligjit dhe në zhvillimin e institucioneve të pavarura të drejtësisë.

Ndërkaq, ambasadori Rudolph rikonfirmoi mbështetjen gjermane për zhvillimin dhe forcimin e sistemit të drejtësisë në Kosovë. Ai çmoi angazhimin e Këshillit Prokurorial të Kosovës për avancimin e reformave, ngritjen e standardeve profesionale dhe zgjerimin e bashkëpunimit ndërkombëtar, duke theksuar se partneriteti mes institucioneve të të dy vendeve mbetet thelbësor për forcimin e sundimit të ligjit dhe ndërtimin e një sistemi prokurorial efikas, të pavarur dhe në përputhje me standardet evropiane.
