Kosovo Post Chief Executive Officer Nora Rraci said that a postage stamp goes beyond the meaning of a simple philatelic element.

“For the Post, a postage stamp is not merely a philatelic element; it is history in miniature. It is a message that travels through time, connects people and nations, and preserves the events and values that deserve to be remembered from generation to generation. Postage stamps are regarded as one of the most authentic forms of preserving historical memory and promoting state identity in the international arena. Even in a time of major technological transformations, Kosovo Post continues to proudly preserve the philatelic tradition while at the same time providing universal postal service accessible to every citizen of our country. This is our mission: to remain a bridge of communication, trust and human connection,” said Nora Rraci.

Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo Albin Kurti described the stamp as a sign of the enduring friendship and partnership between Kosovo and the United States of America.

According to him, in addition to marking this important American jubilee, the postage stamp also confirms the excellent relations between the two countries, as well as appreciation for the decisive support that the US has given Kosovo in the processes of state-building, strengthening democratic institutions, security and the country’s development.

The continued support of the United States of America for Kosovo has been decisive in our state-building processes and in the consolidation of democratic institutions, and this support continues to play a vital role in the security and development of our country. Dear attendees, when our descendants celebrate on July 4, 2076 the 300th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America, perhaps we will no longer be here, and perhaps postage stamps will no longer exist. But one thing is certain: our alliance, the partnership between the Republic of Kosovo and the United States of America, will continue to live on, just as strong and enduring as it is today,” Albin Kurti stressed.

On behalf of the United States Embassy in Kosovo, Deputy Chief of Mission Anu Prattipati expressed gratitude to Kosovo Post for this initiative, which she described as an honor for the American people.

On behalf of the United States Embassy and the American people, I thank you very much for this honor and for your friendship,” said Prattipari.

This ceremony was organized as part of the 250th anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America.

Deputeti i Partisë Demokratike, Klevis Balliu, ka komentuar postin e Kim, duke u shprehur se ish-ambasadorja amerikane Yuri Kim dhe Ministrja e Infrastrukturës, Belinda Balluku, kanë lidhje me interesa korruptive, në dy termocentralet lundruese të ExxonMobil në gjirin e Vlorës.

Sipas Balliut, Kim ka ndihmuar kompaninë të sigurojë kontratën për ndërtimin e këtyre termocentraleve, të cilatnuk punojnë dhe ndotin ambientin.

Ai e quajti këtë marrëveshje një “pakt korruptimi” mes Yuri Kim dhe Ballukut, duke hedhur akuza, se ky akt ka dëmtuar interesat e Shqipërisë dhe marrëdhëniet me SHBA-të.

Ish-Ambasadorja Yuri Kim, ka provuar edhe njëherë se, gjatë kohës në detyrë në Shqipëri, ka përfaqësuar interesat vetjake, financiare dhe korruptive dhe jo ato të taksapaguesve amerikanë dhe aleatit strategjik të kombit shqiptar, Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës.

Duke shkelur me të dyja këmbët etikën diplomatike dhe standardet e profesionale ajo ka pranuar një post ekzekutiv si shpërblim nga një kompani, të cilën e ka ndihmuar të sigurojë një kontratë me qeverinë shqiptare.

Exxon Mobil, falë Yuri Kim ka parkuar në gjirin e Vlorës dy termocentrale lundruese, të cilat nuk punojnë dhe as prodhojnë energji; e kundërta: ndotin detin dhe brigjet përreth.

Ajo që Yuri Kim quante asokohe ‘memorandum mirëkuptimi’ ishte një ‘pakt korruptimi’ mes saj dhe ‘Bukrës së Korrupsionit’, rekordmenes së ‘kilometrit 24 milion euro’, Belinda Balluku.

Yuri Kim tradhëtoi kështu, jo vetëm vendin e saj, por edhe interesat e qytetarëve shqiptarë, taksat e të cilëve paguan për dy dinosaurë industrialë të ardhur nga Azia.

Tigri 1 dhe Tigri 3 janë “dhurata” që Yuri Kim i bëri Shqipërisë. Nëpërmjet tyre ajo siguroi një vend pune pas pensionit dhe, me siguri, një bakshish të majmë.

Kjo ishte vetëm një nga pagesat që mori nga qeveria Rama për luftën e saj të paprinciptë kundër Partisë Demokratike, liderit të saj Berisha, dhe opozitës në tërësi.

Shprehja e saj famëkeqe “do të hani bar” drejtuar demokratëve, është sot kujtesa e dëmit jo vetëm financiar, por edhe moral e electoral që diplomatë të tillë i kanë bërë dhe vazhdojnë t’i bëjnë Shqipërisë.

Partia Demokratike, thekson partneritetin dhe miqësinë e pacënueshme me Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës dhe me administratën e Presidentit Trump, dhe shpreh mirënjohjen për Sekretarin Rubio që e pastroi Departamentin e Shtetit nga të korruptuarit si Kim.

Sot demokratët mund të qeshin me atë që po ha barin e hidhur të turpit.
