During the hearing, Nikollas Agolli admitted that he was the person who fired the gun, stating that he acted out of revenge because, according to him, Brian Syzos’ brother had beaten him and wounded him with a knife.

“I did it. I shot him. Not with the intention of killing him. I shot him in the leg so that he would understand what it means to wound someone. Just as they beat me and wounded me last year. I was alone in the car,” Nikollas Agolli said.

On the other hand, David Prifti denied the accusation, claiming that at the time of the incident he was not with Agolli, but was somewhere else.
