Through a post on social media, Gacaferi said he finds it unbelievable that hopes for reforming the opposition, in his view, are now being tied to Lushtaku. He also added that Lushtaku is deciding who “dares” and who does not dare to become chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo.

That the day would come when Sami Lushtaku would be the boss of the entire opposition in Kosovo, I never would have believed it!

That the day would come when all hopes for reforming the opposition in Kosovo would have to be pinned on Sami Lushtaku, I never would have believed that either!

And that the day would come when Sami Lushtaku would determine who dares, and who does not dare, to be chairman of the LDK, I never would have believed that either!
