Fatmire Mulhaxha-Kollçaku, an MP from VV, has reacted to PDK’s decision to refer the issue concerning the formation of the government to the Constitutional Court.

She described PDK’s position as contradictory, since the party’s MPs took part in the process of constituting the Assembly, yet now claim that constitutional deadlines were violated.

According to Mulhaxha-Kollçaku, it is difficult to find a greater paradox than this.

In her full response, the MP wrote that after August 6, protests were held every day, supposedly demanding the establishment of institutions, although, according to her, the real aim was to subsequently dismantle them.

She stressed that PDK MPs took part in the sessions to constitute the Assembly and, after that date, even nominated female candidates for the post of deputy speaker.

Mulhaxha-Kollçaku added that they are now the very people who have filed a case with the Court, claiming that “constitutional deadlines” were breached.

According to her, the MPs who themselves participated in the institutional process are now claiming that the same process violated constitutional deadlines, something she described as a paradox that is difficult to match.

Fatmire Mulhaxha-Kollçaku, deputete e VV-së, ka reaguar ndaj vendimit të PDK-së për ta çuar në Gjykatën Kushtetuese çështjen që lidhet me formimin e Qeverisë.

Ajo e ka cilësuar si kundërthënës qëndrimin e PDK-së, pasi deputetët e kësaj partie ishin pjesë e procesit për konstituimin e Kuvendit, ndërsa tash pretendojnë se afatet kushtetuese janë shkelur.

Sipas Mulhaxha-Kollçakut, është e vështirë të gjendet një paradoks më i madh se ky.

Në reagimin e saj të plotë, deputetja ka shkruar se pas 6 gushtit protestohej çdo ditë, kinse për krijimin e institucioneve, ndonëse, sipas saj, synimi i vërtetë ishte që ato të zhbëheshin më pas.

Ajo ka theksuar se deputetët e PDK-së morën pjesë në seancat për konstituimin e Kuvendit dhe, madje, pas kësaj date propozuan edhe kandidate për postin e nënkryetares.

Mulhaxha-Kollçaku ka shtuar se tani janë pikërisht ata që i janë drejtuar Gjykatës me një lëndë, përmes së cilës pretendojnë se janë cenuar “afatet kushtetuese”.

Sipas saj, deputetët që u përfshinë vetë në procesin institucional po pohojnë tash se i njëjti proces ka shkelur afatet kushtetuese, gjë që ajo e ka përshkruar si një paradoks vështirë të krahasueshëm.
