In an open letter addressed to public opinion, Vladimir Kosta accuses businessman Nadir Çausholli, owner of the Green Taxi company, of threatening the company’s executives while accompanied by strongmen, following a dispute that arose during the installation of an electric vehicle charging booth near the building, Albeu.com reports.

Kosta claims the actions were carried out with violence and threats, damaging the activity of the multifunctional center and endangering staff safety.

He also published video footage of the clash, which, according to them, documents traffic rule violations, the blocking of sidewalks and traffic, as well as incidents between representatives of the companies.

Vladimir Kosta, the Sky Tower entrepreneur, also leveled accusations against state institutions, claiming that despite repeated complaints, they have not exercised their authority to resolve the conflict.

According to him, this situation is escalating tensions and creating the risk that the incident could end in acts of vigilante justice, for which they hold the competent institutions responsible.

GREEN TAXI DEFILES THE SKY TOWER PREMISES

Today, on July 6, 2026, at 09:00, in front of Sky Tower, a group of strongmen, together with Nadir Çausholli, a person known as a trader convicted of stealing pensioners’ medicines, forcibly and with threats placed a charging tower near Sky Tower, which entirely harms the business of the Sky Tower multifunctional center.

Three years ago, Nadir Çausholli bought a taxi business and, with the help of those who sold it to him, they placed this charging tower in front of our business without asking us and completely desecrating our business.

The main problem has been turning the hotel into a central bathroom where taxi drivers carried out their personal needs, dirtying the walls with their filth and stealing hand paper.

Today, at 09:00, as mentioned above, the electric booth was installed violently, with death threats directed at the company’s executives, while enjoying the protection of the State Police.

The latter were informing their superiors that this person had a permit, while at the same time they were not dealing with our complaint.

The company executives have raised, since March 2025, a conflict from that day at 6:30, when the taxi drivers were creating noise by shouting below the hotel.

One of the company’s superiors, who faced this concern and notified the Prime Minister of Albania, who assigned it as a task to Anuela Ristani, the latter not only failed to provide a solution to this issue but is pushing the conflicts even further than they were.

In the video footage below, the violations committed by Green Taxi taxis will be shown, such as double parking, blocking traffic and pedestrian passage on each side.

The video also shows the intimidation of executives and the premises by Nadir Çausholli’s strongmen together with him, the latter desecrating our premises.

In footage published by JOQ, Çausholli is seen arguing and physically clashing with Mirton Lika, one of the co-owners of “Sky Tower” in Tirana and Sri Lanka’s Consul in Albania.

At first, the businessman appears raising his hands, seemingly to calm the situation, but moments later the conflict escalates and he attempts to kick the other person. Several people intervene at the scene, trying to prevent the clash from escalating further.

According to Albeu.com sources, the motive behind the conflict was an attempt to install an electric vehicle charging device belonging to Çausholli’s company, Green Taxi, in the area near Mirton Lika’s business.

According to preliminary information, Mirton Lika has filed a criminal complaint against Nadir Çausholli for the alleged criminal offenses of “threats” and “destruction of property.” The footage also appears to show the businessman’s companions intervening to remove him from the area, taking him out of the premises, while the situation remains tense for several moments.

The complaint states that Lika asked the workers for information on whether they had permission to install the device, because according to him the issue was linked to an open proceeding at the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office. He said that a previous charging device in the same area had been seized and deemed illegal by the competent authorities.

According to the complaint, the workers did not present the necessary documentation and then notified the police. A State Police patrol arrived first at the scene and, according to the complaint, carried out preliminary checks and informed the Municipal Police, since the matter concerned the suspension of the works and the relevant documentation.

The complaint also describes the sequence of the incident, according to which, while businessman Lika was waiting for the Municipal Police to arrive, Nadir Çausholli approached him in a threatening manner and called on him to come near him. When Lika approached, the people accompanying Çausholli intervened in the conflict, while the latter kicked a chair, which flew in the direction of the complainant. Lika says he managed to avoid being hit, while Çausholli continued insulting and cursing at him.

Lika has asked the State Police to take measures and hold the person involved in the incident accountable, stating that he feels threatened not only personally and for his family, but also regarding the image of the businesses “Sky Hotel” and “Sky Tower.”

Çausholli’s name has also been mentioned previously in connection with matters related to the healthcare sector and the company “CFO Pharma.” A few months ago, the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office imposed security measures on several company employees suspected of involvement in a fraud scheme involving drug reimbursement.

According to preliminary investigation data, the economic damage was initially estimated at around 700,000 euros. Later, the Health Care Insurance Fund reported that the suspected financial damage could exceed 2.3 million euros. Investigations into this case are ongoing.

Meanwhile, “Green Line,” the company linked to Çausholli, has often been mentioned in public complaints and media reports about urban bus accidents in the capital. So far, there has been no public reaction from Çausholli regarding the incident that occurred in the former Blloku area.

Kosta pretendon se veprimet janë kryer me dhunë dhe kërcënime, duke dëmtuar aktivitetin e qendrës multifunksionale dhe duke cenuar sigurinë e stafit.

Sipas tij, kjo situatë po përshkallëzon tensionet dhe krijon rrezikun që ngjarja të përfundojë në akte vetëgjyqësie, për të cilat ata mbajnë përgjegjëse institucionet kompetente.

Sot, më datë 6 korrik 2026, në orën 09:00, përpara Sky Tower, një grup të fortësh, së bashku me Nadir Çaushollin, një person i njohur si tregtar i dënuar për vjedhje ilaçesh të pensionistëve, ka vendosur me dhunë dhe me kërcënime pranë Sky Tower një kullë karikimi, e cila dëmton në tërësi biznesin e qendrës multifunksionale Sky Tower.

Para 3 vitesh, Nadir Çausholli bleu një biznes taksish dhe me ndihmën e atyre që ia shitën, vendosën përpara biznesit tonë këtë kullë karikimi pa na pyetur dhe duke perdhosur në tërësi biznesin tonë.

Problematika kresore ka qenë bërja e hotelit si banjo centrali ku taksistët kryenin nevojat e tyre personale duke ndyrë muret me pislliqet e tyre dhe duke vjedhur letrat e duarve.

Sot, në orën 09:00, siç u përmend më lart, u vendos kabina elektrike në mënyrë të dhunshme, me kërcënime për jetën drejtuar titullarëve të shoqërisë, duke pasur mbrojtjen e Policisë së Shtetit.

Këta të fundit u komunikonin eprorëve se ky person ishte me leje, ndërkohë që nuk merreshin me denoncimin tonë.

Titullaret e kompanisë kanë vënë në mars të 2025 në nje konflikt të asaj dite te ores 6:30 ku taksistet krijonin nje zhurme duke bertitur poshte hotelit.

Nje nga eproret e kompanise, i cili dhe u perball me kete shqetesim dhe dhe njoftoi kryeministrin e Shqiperise i cili ja ngarkoi si detyre Anuela Ristanit, kjo e fundit jo vetem qe nuk I dha zgjidhje kesaj ceshtje por po shtyn konfliktet me shume sec kane qene.

Ne pamjet e meposhtme filmike do te paraqiten shkeljet e bere nga taksite e Green Taxi si parkimi dysh duke bllokuar trafikun dhe kalimin e kembesoreve ne secilen ane.

Gjithashtu ne video eshte paraqitur kanosja e eproreve dhe ambjenteve nga te fortet e Nadir Caushollit bashke me te , ky I fundit duke perdhosur ambjentet tona.

Në pamjet e publikuara nga JOQ, Çausholli shihet teksa debaton dhe përplaset fizikisht me Mirton Likën, një nga bashkëpronarët e “Sky Tower” në Tiranë dhe Konsull i Sri Lankës në Shqipëri.

Fillimisht, biznesmeni shfaqet duke ngritur duart, në dukje për të qetësuar situatën, por pak çaste më pas konflikti agravon dhe ai tenton të godasë personin tjetër me shkelm. Në vendngjarje ndërhyjnë disa persona, të cilët përpiqen të shmangin përshkallëzimin e mëtejshëm të përplasjes.

Motivi i konfliktit sipas burimeve të Albeu.com është tentimi për montonim i një pajisje karikimi për automjete elektrike të kompanisë së Çaushollit, Green Taxi, në zonën pranë biznesit të Mirton Likës.

Sipas informacioneve paraprake, Mirton Lika ka depozituar kallëzim penal ndaj Nadir Çaushollit për veprat penale të pretenduara të “kanosjes” dhe “shkatërrimit të pronës”. Në pamje duket gjithashtu se shoqërues të biznesmenit ndërhyjnë për ta larguar nga ambienti, duke e nxjerrë jashtë lokalit, ndërsa situata mbetet e tensionuar për disa momente.

Në denoncim thuhet se Lika u ka kërkuar punonjësve informacion nëse kishin leje për vendosjen e pajisjes, pasi sipas tij çështja lidhej me një procedim të hapur pranë Prokurorisë së Tiranës. Ai ka deklaruar se një pajisje e mëparshme karikimi në të njëjtën zonë ishte sekuestruar dhe vlerësuar si e paligjshme nga organet kompetente.

Sipas kallëzimit, punonjësit nuk kanë paraqitur dokumentacionin e nevojshëm dhe më pas kanë njoftuar policinë. Në vend ka mbërritur fillimisht një patrullë e Policisë së Shtetit, e cila, sipas denoncimit, ka bërë verifikimet paraprake dhe ka njoftuar Policinë Bashkiake, duke qenë se çështja lidhej me ndërprerjen e punimeve dhe dokumentacionin përkatës.

Në kallëzim përshkruhet edhe dinamika e incidentit, sipas të cilës ndërsa biznesmeni Lika po priste mbërritjen e Policisë Bashkiake, Nadir Çausholli iu afrua në mënyrë kërcënuese dhe e thirri të shkonte pranë tij. Në momentin që Lika u afrua, në konflikt ndërhynë personat që shoqëronin Çaushollin, ndërsa ky i fundit goditi me shqelm një karrige, e cila fluturoi në drejtim të kallëzuesit. Lika deklaron se arriti t’i shmangej goditjes, ndërsa Çausholli vijoi me fyerje dhe sharje ndaj tij.

Lika ka kërkuar nga Policia e Shtetit marrjen e masave dhe vënien para përgjegjësisë të personit të përfshirë në ngjarje, duke deklaruar se ndihet i kërcënuar jo vetëm personalisht dhe për familjen, por edhe për imazhin e bizneseve “Sky Hotel” dhe “Sky Tower”.

Pak muaj më parë, Prokuroria e Tiranës vendosi masa sigurie ndaj disa punonjësve të kompanisë, të dyshuar për përfshirje në një skemë mashtrimi me rimbursimin e barnave.

Sipas të dhënave paraprake të hetimit, dëmi ekonomik fillimisht u vlerësua në rreth 700 mijë euro. Më pas, Fondi i Sigurimit të Kujdesit Shëndetësor raportoi se dëmi i dyshuar financiar mund të kalojë vlerën e 2.3 milionë eurove. Hetimet për këtë çështje vijojnë.

Ndërkohë, kompania “Green Line”, e lidhur me Çaushollin, është përmendur shpesh në denoncime publike dhe raportime mediatike për aksidente të autobusëve urbanë në kryeqytet. Deri më tani nuk ka një reagim publik nga Çausholli lidhur me incidentin e ndodhur në ish-Bllok.
