Minister Fitore Pacolli announced that a memorandum of cooperation has been signed with the Municipality of Skenderaj to implement the social housing project.

The agreement was signed together with the Mayor of the Municipality of Skenderaj, Sami Lushtaku, for the project “Adequate Social Housing in Skenderaj”.

The total value of the investment amounts to €4.4 million. Of this amount, €3.4 million will be provided by the MMPH, while the Municipality of Skenderaj will finance €1 million.

The project envisages the construction of 78 housing units in Skenderaj, intended for beneficiary families.

The housing units will have areas of 75 m², 82.5 m² and 93.5 m², tailored to the needs of the families that will benefit from this investment.

According to Pacolli, the project aims to provide dignified housing and better living conditions for the citizens of Skenderaj.
